Most talented player at club?

I'd really love to hear people's justification for saying Barkley is the most talented (naturally or otherwise) footballer at our club.

I know we all desperately want him to succeed at Everton, but aside from the occasional moment, he's not done a great deal to make me think he will. Seems to have it in his feet, but not in his head - his decision making is AWFUL. Hopefully this will come with time.

We'll see I guess... REALLY hope i'm wrong.

What's his head got to do with talent? We're talking about raw skill and ability not effectiveness on the pitch.

Ok, fair enough... but I don't see the justification for him having the most talent at the club, even without taking the mental side of it into account. People are so desperate for him to be Wayne Rooney Mk II, that they're just not seeing what's infront of their eyes.

its fellaini by a country mile. when hes on form he is unstoppable unplayable and owns the pitch. theres been games where ive watched him in complete awe that we have someone like him in the premier league, let alone our club.
he can tackle pass shoot dribble , good with his feet , good with his head , can play in 2 or 3 roles. hes epic !
if he ends up leaving id be gutted , but id proudly tell my kids and grand kids one day about a afro haired belgium legend who once played for everton , bossed the pitch , and who was one of the best players id ever seen.

agreed, my dad used to tell me about how he watched Duncan Edwards once at Goodison and he looked like he would be the best in the world, physical presence, ate up the pitch and had as much skill as any flashy winger apparently, and that could almost describe Fellaini when he is actually in the mood

Daren't you even ask?

Why it goes by the name of Tony Hibbert, by jimminy.

Ahem, now after the tablets, its between Mirallas and Fellaini.

I think we have been lucky enough to have Fellaini at his peak. Its early days for Mirallas, he could exceed Fellaini as time goes on, here's hoping!
