It's still going to be difficult getting in players when you have 7 clubs all aiming for the same calibre. It will take time to transform the playing staff to level we need.

As mentioned previously Doug, the secured debt was a millstone, nothing could be done until it was paid off - that's happened now. Had we acquired BM before paying off debt, the Pru loan would have had it as security (probably not best explanation but I'm rushed)
