On another note, had his best game of the season last night. Good to see because he has been struggling so far.

He's a brilliant footballer, I could watch him all day. I seem to recall some people slagging him off a bit after Stoke, which was probably because he wasn't *as* good as he normally is, although I still thought he was decent against them. Anyway, what a signing. Seriously one of the best footballers I've personally seen in blue. I mean that.

Interesting situation though. Plenty of times when a player is out, someone else steps in and takes their game to the next level. It happened with Davies last year when Gana left for AFCON, so who is to say we won't see a similar situation arise? Fingers crossed
