This won't be a real story I'm afraid. He'll be in the starting line-up on Wednesday as we go down to a meek 3-0 defeat and the drudgery of supporting Everton carries on indefinitely.

We'll win 4-1, Sam the fat one will have us going out all guns blazing with the type of footy not seen at Goodison for a long time.

Now, where did I put those antipsychotics.....................................

wow the mood changed from 'Yay he's finally leaving' to 'He's going nowhere! Except it he starts Wednesday and we're losing' reallly quickly.... like even by our standards that was one heck of mood swing.

I'd say don't let the door hit you on the backside as you leave Morgan, but it'll probably be intercepted by Gana who won't be more than 5 metres away from you.

Truth be told, I am mixed on this, I don't think he has been played in a way that suits him, but then again a better player would have adapted themselves to the game plan better. Also a defensive midfielder in a defensive team with no attacking options ain't ever gonna get much love. If he went, I would not be overly upset, if he stays, meh.

Was talking to my mate (Man poo fan) and he can't believe he has done the same as at Utd. Looked a world beater and then just disintegrated. really weird.

He does not look up for it at all and is SO lazy.

Disappointing. If we can get rid and get a CM who actually moves and has some skill about him, Be a miracle.

Chris Brunt it is.

Such a weird scenario tbh.

On one hand, we've seen he's a really capable player who can break up play and really get about, then on the other, we've seen whatever this season is all about? Meek then meeker performances, lack of effort, training ground fights.

Something MUST have happened because you don't go from one of the most influential players on the pitch to, errr... whatever he is now, over the course of a summer.
