Wouldn’t go that far, the odd 10 minutes at the end of a game stuck out on the wing with no teammate within 40 yards of him isn’t really a chance, the few occasions he got a start or played up front he was alright.

If you call 10 or 15 min here and there , a chance , then we disagree on what constitutes chances. He had a great game and scored against Newcastle and was dropped next game. In fact he scored every time he started a game for us

He wasn’t though. Looked overweight and saw very little to suggest he was going to be good . Add the attitude issues and not exactly the way forward ! Best solution here is to cream PSG for as much as we can get and move on to better players .

I don't think his treatment as disgraceful, it was just a scenario that didn't work out. His position in the side was blocked by another young striker who was further down the line development wise but still needed gametime and was rarely injured.

We were also not good enough to ease a player like Kean in by giving him decent game time to go and fill his boots against lesser opposition.

It happens. It's just one of those things.

Anyone who says he is crap is a dope like.

He’s got to be worth more than we paid for him. We spent up to to £27m when he had 1 year left on his contract after scoring 7 goals for Juve. He’s now more established, scored goals 15 across 31 apps in Ligue 1 and the UCL and has at least 2 years on his contract.... despite covid if / when he’s sold its defo for more than £27m IMO.
