Dunno, but its gone up by 3 bad reps since this thread

I'm neg repping Muggins. I pos repped him earlier, but realised it wasn't as funny as I first thought, so I retract it x

does it not say that you have to spread it around ?
after about a dozen reps it says I have to wait 'til tomorrow before giving rep, which is less than how much I need to spread, thus not poss to rep the same user twice in the same day.


what are the defaults numbers wise ?
