Mate, tbh you probably deserved those red bars, but I felt like being nice. And if you go asking for green bars, youll end up with red.

It's called 'reputation' and your fellow forum users can positive or negative rep your posts based on whether they think it is good or bad. Generally, if you have red bars that means not a lot of people like your opinion, or more likely, the way you present your opinion.
