Pubs / places to eat in rural tourist towns that have set eating hours, it's just madness.

I went walking at the weekend and there was a proper hikers pub at the end of the walk that only served food from noon to 2pm.

Everyone started coming in off the hills from 4pm onwards, starving, only to he be told " no food until 5.30pm "

There must've been at least twenty people that went elsewhere.
