You considered using a double edged safety razor? blades are much cheaper (and better IMO) - just takes a little getting used to as youll have to learn a bit of a new technique

Go in just about any boozer in any city centre and there will be shoplifters selling them for a couple of quid.

As others have already said, your options are a double-edged safety razor or a beard. You are right about the extortionate cost of branded razorblades, so why are you buying them?

Having to get an MRI on my knee. Doc said MCL injury could have damaged the meniscus too. So spending money to find out if I need an op and get to spend more money. 'kin love the US health care system

You could come to the UK instead, and have the NHS refuse to scan it because it's cheaper to send you to a physio once a month despite the fact the physio can't do anything to help. Or maybe it's changed since they buggered up my ankle a couple of years ago.
