I’m not convinced that he should be starting for us long term but he’s solid and as I’ve mention a few times I’m convinced his value is easily back up to £20m+.

He will be our first choice CB next season, Brands has plenty of things to worry about, thankfully this isn't one of them.

Always liked him? Even when he was abject last season on numerous occasions? Even when he was at fault for our home defeat to Leicester this season?
He’s improved this season and credit to him for that. In my opinion we desperately require a top class centre half for next season so as Mina, Keane and possibly Zouma have real competition to partner him.
