@Rita_Poon I think a lot of people on here agree with your general sentiment. But when you rush in immediately before the context has been established and say you want the policeman to have his throat cut it kind of defeats your argument immediately.

His behaviour was inexcusable regardless of what went on before. Hopefully he will be dealt with in the proper way. But it’s pretty disgusting to say you want his throat cut and all this pig scum stuff is just not helping your argument at all.

No matter what your opinion of the plod might be, or the circumstances leading up to the conflict.
There is absolutely no justification for stamping on the head of someone who is lying face down on the floor and isn't a threat to anyone in that moment.
He lost his head and as members of the public we should want better of the police.
If everytime they get angry someone gets hurt then they will only continue to lose the respect and trust of the public.
The situation before that video may very well have been volatile and aggressive, but in that specific moment when the fella was lying face down on the floor and was not a threat to the officer.
These incidents are a huge own goal for them everytime.
The officer in question should have the book thrown at him for this or else how we can expect the rifts to heal.
