Well hopefully there's footage and witnesses of this incident because the police are known to lie at will to protect their own.
That one that kicked the kid in the head clearly had lost his temper which isn't good for someone trusted with a gun.
The kick and the stamp could have killed. If it's the other way round the criminal faces an attempted murder charge.

No peace, feck* the police!

It's an airport mate.

There won't be one inch that isn't covered.

A lot of misery and suffering in the world.

I can't find sympathy for scumbags who get a literal kicking for being scumbags.

The stamp is a bit much/poor judgement but then he has a gun strapped to his legs.

But the headline is they'd attacked/downed a number of officers immediately prior that.

Those two lads there, that weren't bleeding or smashed up had hammered 3 armed police outside and then decided to wander past their pig chums?

There's an officer with blood on her face on the video.

But, "PIGS LAD. YEAH PIGS. F THE POLICE" - based on your posts here - you evidently have an agenda against the police. You'd be the first to go crying to them if you needed them.

There will be hospital reports confirming the assaults+broken nose too.

And I don't consider a criminal in a uniform any sort or police or authority at all. Fortunately the surveillance state has meant there is a little more likely for justice nowadays.

"What I see is that black people are still dying on the streets and in the back of police vans."

"To me institutional racism is so ingrained and it is hard to see how it will be eradicated out of the police force."

Dame Doreen Lawrence.

"Baroness Lawrence discovered that police officers were spying on her and her family."

The police story is that they’d been attacked first so of course, see how that plays out, and context is important.

But from the brief 40 second clip, the first guy was already tased and face down on the floor.

The copper volleying him in the head looked purely like anger / retribution.

Like it or not, cops aren’t there to dish out the punishment, that’s the job of the judiciary.

Tase him. Handcuffs on. Lock him in a cell. Courts take over.

A lifetime ago - I wrote papers on race/police. Outside of this forum, I was awarded the most outstanding graduate - not just in my Uni, but of the City as a result of some of them papers.

Scene of crime. Probation services. I've worked in a few parts of the police over a spell of 4 years - didn't bother my arse going into the profession after Uni because you just can't win. And who wants to deal with scum none stop.

There will be 150k-200k police officers. There's no society, anywhere in the world where you can have that amount of people without some wrong'uns.

There appears to be a few more than 'some', my issue is the circling of the wagons and the protectionism of the uniform when wrong'uns show their true colours.

They are not fit for purpose, and do not police with consent.

You cannot apply and enforce the law by breaking it yourself. This primary hypocrisy is what is exposed repeatedly.

The story so far is quite telling, apparently these dark skinned boys have battered 3 cops outside, but why? What were the three cops doing there in the first place, and if there was an arrest to be made, why not call for back up? Also, there's a woman knelt next to the kid on the floor, she's got a lot of bottle hasn't she, the video suggests she is a part of their party, why isn't she copping a right brutal good hiding as well? Couldn't fill the lad sat on the chair in fast enough.

No more Steven Lawrences, no more Stefan Kiszkos, no more Andrew Malkinsons, no more Ian Tomlinsons, no more Jean Charles de Menezes', no more Sarah Everards. No more, times up.
