Well done ,the perfect relaxation is fishing with your Grandad ,did you eat one ? Nothing like fish fried at the side of where you caught them .
Edit :fish not grandad on the menu.

No we put them back to be caught on another day.
It's a fertile river, loads of salmon fry about, the Carron runs into the Forth about 3 miles down river from where we were fishing.

Woke up this morning pain free which is a relief. I guess it was tiredness more than a tweak which is a blessing. My day out in Armagh is all systems go ️
