Messymascot's faith in humanity and ginger safe haven

Hi folks. I hope you are all having a good day. I am so excited. One more sleep and then it's The Boomtown Rats. Bob in all his glory. We have front row seats. I'm not sure I can contain myself. It's their 50th anniversary tour.
In other news it's been a proper miserable foggy day today. Ive been to the gym and followed a pre-set programme on one of the treadmills which involved actual running rather than just brisk walking like I usually do. It was only 5 one minute intervals amongst the 30 minute programme but I actually thought I was going to spontaneously combust! It can't be good for you.

Good morning all on this dark one here ,I hope all are well and have a great day . I must say I am suffering trepidation over today's game ,we should be in a far better position than we are at this point and the near future looks no easier ,he should be gone by Xmas .
My wife had the results of her blood test and they are good ,so what caused the problem ? Well they don't know other than the Hep A possibility so we are staying on the wagon .
I personally haved stop getting an irregular heartbeat and the dizziness when standing too quick has gone so it is a yes from me .

Pleased to hear that the blood test results were good and you are feeling better for staying on the wagon, now if only Everton could put a winning run together we’d all feel a lot better. :lol:

No way! My mum worked there too - was it Euxton? She used to tell us about the yellow and also how they all used to have to run out if something sparked a fire. It must have been terrifying really.

Great to hear her blood test results are positive, it’s one weight off your mind I’m sure.
It’s sad that we are going back to feeling negative about the games isn’t it. I really enjoyed our brief moment in the sun - anyway fingers crossed we don’t stick with our predictable ways this afternoon

I know you will feel the same but it really hurts when we are in flux like this .Here is to hoping that someone in the team stands up to him and forces a change . I do feel though they are all yes men.
