When we met I was still an apprentice so funds were very tight. We’d drink halves. Then when I took her to Liverpool for the first time my sisters insisted she have Brandy and Babycham, cost an absolute fortune. Mind you I got her back onto halves when we returned to South Wales….

I've just made a smoothie with raspberries, grapefruit, lime and soda. It's lovely but would be mightily enhanced by the addition of vodka or bacardi. Fortunately I have to drive later so the temptation has been resisted!

I’m not going to bore you all with the fracas of getting my residence visa
Safe to say within the next few weeks I should have my Digital NoMad Vusa and a 3 year residency
In the mean time I’ve been squatting with family and friends since July .. finally fly home to Spain this coming Thursday

I did manage a painting session or two
This is a portrait of my daughter’s father in law for his 80 birthday … a few hours short of complete but you get the idea

Not sure if you have any Galliano Anj but that Fred's Headbanger yesterday was a definite hit. I'm always playing about with mixing cocktails and as long as you don't go mad they're usually quite drinkable. But this was very good.

Two parts vodka, two parts Galliano, juice of half a lime and half a can of diet lemonade.
