I've had cops on amazon prime running in the background while I'm on GOT, so heavy handed aren't they and so quick to reach for the gun. I have seen at least 2 of them landing punches on a downed perp, pretty sure they're not supposed to do that.

Hopefully the rest of you are doing ok , not sure how the weather is where you are but it’s felt pretty cold here today . Today exercising wasn’t particularly impressive so alarm set for 5.45 tomorrow to get back into my routine .

In a remarkable u-turn this morning and after refusing to send his registration form to the FA ahead of training today for his new club Everton, Arnaut Danjuma is now in talks with Tottenham. Everton are currently left bewildered with medical, media and agreements all complete

Decided to do ' Catholic Rome' today. Was not disappointed. Before that however, had breakfast at the hotel. Scrambled eggs, bacon sausages, cappuccino and assorted cakes- including a very lovely chocolate one. What's not to like? Anyway St Peters Basilica was stunning and the Sistine Chapel is hard to describe - the photos don't do it justice. We went to.Mass in St Peters.As we were walking past a side altar, Mass was starting. Apart from feeling that my late Mum would be haunting me if I didn't go Everton are Iin need of a few miracles so where better to get them than Catholic HQ! We also went to the to the tombs of the Popes but no photos allowed. That's underneath St Peters and very interesting. Called in at the €5 for a giant bottle of Peroni bar on the way home.

Off to Lazio v Milan tonight. Should be fun!
