We probably won't see daughter's bf. He has a six year old son who lives in Leeds with his Mum. He's picking his son up today and having him for a week. So lots of Dad and son time.

After 14 hours of continuous alcohol consumption I apparently had enough good sense to dispense with the need for a third malt whiskey. Enough good sense to switch the bedside lamp off and charge my phone, but strangely enough not to remove my reading glasses which were amazingly still attached to my head when I woke a few moments ago. I think I must have slept in the prone position all night.

Anyway, a pot of strong coffee and a chocolate pastry beckons whilst I decide what to do today. I have Prime so could watch the game, or at just watch the racing. The one thing I definitely won't be doing is going to the pub.

I woke up this morning with a headache and a nice bout of heartburn which is the sign of an enjoyable day. Will probably tone things down today though. That might include avoiding Everton and watching one of the other games lol

Saw The Cure live last month. Was an excellent gig. Very decent way to nod off Fred.
 
Hi guys, hope you're all good and enjoyed your holiday with family and friends, unfortunately a mixture of covid/flu and Daisy not being allowed inside despite pre warning she was coming, contributed to me only seeing my family for a half hour or so.

The kids like the gifts despite me getting the ten year old niece a 7-8 year old top lol where did that 3 years go ffs lol lol nephew liked his training top and it was right size phew lol

Why am I not looking forward to football, the stress free couple of months is over, we now invite the Everton back into our lives to ruin a perfectly nice holiday lol
