Messymascot's faith in humanity and ginger safe haven

The berries are ripe on the Lonicera tartarica rosea that I posted a few weeks ago if anyone wants seeds just PM me and an address -the local pub or whatever and I will post some on ,the berries contain the seeds and they should be frozen before planting ,remember this is not a climber but a bush that can reach 4 metres in height if let loose. There are many more on the bush so no problem having enough .1659688217865.jpg

FFS Jazz. The Everton forum is rubbing off on you. I read that as 6 weeks until he's playing again. So after the September International break he should be there or thereabouts.
Fred , I'm surprised at you.

You know that lawyers are trained to work on worst case scenarios.

When did you ever meet a lawyer who was optomistic , who told their client " Don't worry , everything will be alright" ?

Seeing as we are talking football ce soir , what's your views on Everton signing the kopite rat Conor Coady ?

For me , if as appears likely , we are going to play 3 at the back , he's a cracking signing.

Don't give a monkeys that he supports the RS as long as he performs for Everton. Him , Tarky and Mina ( if he's fit ) with Gana Onana in front of them should make us very solid.
I don't mind it TBH. He's a good leader and a good fitness record. We've had plenty of ex-reds in the past so don't see a problem there. He's not one that charges emotion like Benitez. On the negative side I guess it would mean we're doubling down on the back 3 system. I'd prefer 433 if we've got the midfielders.

Well, stone me.

For the first time in a while, (y'know), have felt happy today. Spent a few hours with my Mum pottering around the marina, where she is soon moving to after Dad died, @Barnfred 55 will know the place. Then confirmed a delivery and installation of a log burner in the snug, and booked a chimney sweep for Tuesday. And, which still makes me giggle, I get a certificate from the sweep which I show to the burner installation bloke!

The thought of a chimney certificate would have tickled Nikki's funny bone. "Well done chimney, you have been a good chimney" would have been the sort of thing she would have said. Bless her cottons.

Had worse days Rodney.

Try to find out why , I am looking forward to the next similar post .One step forward that man.

Friday night we usually listen to music , tonight we were resigned to sitting on the sofa so we watched youtube and the request was for CCR ,it then had a mind of its own and we eventually ended up in the early 70's and John Denver ,he had a unique voice anyway we have had two hours not knowing what was next but thoroughly enjoying it all . when we used to ski in Saalbach there was a Geordie lad " Spacey" and he handed me the mic on this one ,every time we went he seemed to remember us !

Turn the sound off if you want !
