What a shame ,where did the life we knew as kids go ? I remember in Walton Hall park they labelled all the trees by species and variety ,keep off the graass signs everywhere and a few gardeners .Now it is a tip ,well when I left part of it was literally .

Most of it is a mini football stadium now Blue. It is where Liverpool county FA have their headquarters.

I’m more of a ‘pay for assembly’ type of lad myself.

Cal used to always buy stuff that needed assembling, but I just can't be arsed with it. So Cal would always shame me into it by starting it first, knowing that I would have to take over. Usually the first I knew about it was when when I heard banging then swearing from the next room.

Used to hate those things. If there was something you could do back to front I invariably did, and would often have to dismantle the whole thing and start again.lol

Weighed myself this morning. Only lost a pound or 2 since last month, but still heading in the right direction and, more importantly, not putting it back on. I can also feel the muscles in my arms and legs firming up so and generally feel fitter, so still quite chuffed with myself despite the slow down in weight loss.

Waiting at Skiathos Airport for the return flight which fingers crossed looks to be on time.

Can't say I'm looking forward to our must win game tomorrow.

Lots of gardening, housework and washing to catch up with I the next couple of days.
