Can't believe how many have gone for Reina! He can't even stop a beachball FFS!

Can't remember which mag it was in, but there was a footy and sport mag for young lads in the late 70s maybe 80s and they had a sort of fantasy football league which was supposedly run on a computer. The big cities joined to make a single team - the Merseyside team was called Liverton. We were gash then so got about 3 players in the team. Role reversal now!

the times have changed considerably though. funny that out of KKK's signings, only suarez gets lclose to a mention, but if i was manager, i'd jet the little cnut off to the middle east. strikers are in the team to score goals and jelly delivers, suarez doesn't do that, hence in a one man attack why jelavic would start IMO

yeah, purely because martyn was more...svelte than Big Nev, it was a really tough decision though but as i'm relatively young, i only recall seeing Southall's later days ('93 onward) so i can't judge on how he was in the 80's

hah, see i got to watch him in his wales days even when he was in the 3rd division. legend. if you compare my dad's looks over the ages, you get neville southall, the moustache of his teenage years, the haircut of his mid 30's and the belly of his mid 50's.

that was tongue in cheek MikelsGoat and you know it (i'd have pissed if spurs signed mout btw) i saw the latter stages of both men's careers but when Nev rolled back the years once in a blue moon, nige did week in week out. I prefer Southall, afterall he's a welshy like me, but nige just pipped him to the post in terms of what i personally witnessed!
