Looked alright when he came on, drove forwards with the ball a few times which I believe they refer to as "breaking the lines," it's something we don't really have in our centre midfield so if he can do it regularly he'd be a welcome addition to our team.

….i thought he started ok last night, a couple of aerial flick ons on the edge of their box looked promising but then he was awful in possession. Put a simple pass out of play then continually gave the ball away. It wasn’t a good cameo.

That’s exactly what I thought. He burst through, looked up, nobody ran with him, and he had to stop and pass backwards.
They were all blowing chunks and had given up at that stage, that's what ended it for me yesterday mate.
That would be ideal for sure but we’ve signed a guy who’s a bit of a crock unfortunately and due to injuries he hasn’t had a chance to have a run.
We’re in they weird state of flux - when everyone’s fit we have a decent team and can go on a run, lose 3 or 4 players and the teams all over the place.
Time, patience and investment are the only things moving Everton forward.
