A night to forget for Patterson but a good showing from Rohl HC - l thought tonight's performance showed why Moyes rates him so highly. All the makings of a good Premier League player.

Been trying to tell anyone who'll listen that Rohl has the goods. A mature head, who needs a bit of work on some technical aspects which I think has happened at the training ground in between being injured. Next season he will be a big player for us.

Proved without a doubt he can do a job for Everton. Plenty of pace and power going forward. Would like to see a lot more of him between now and the end of the season

Outstanding away ar Villa with HA & both more a less benched- shame that last minute goal by them , but dropped points v the other lot & W Ham were the killers to me gifting goals Rhol just not used Why ?

….sorry, Joey, I’m not totally sure what that means but I don’t disagree that Rohl and Armstrong’s performances have been worthy of more game time.

given Moyes has not picked Rohl to play for months, you’d be within your rights to think he wasn’t good enough, however, last night he was arguably our best player.
This reasonably leads to questions of Moyes’ judgement of other players like Dibling and Aznou.

looks like a proper Leeds player, not that technical but can run all day

Why was Rohl playing out of position? EFC needed a win so go for it dont play Rohl just to keep an eye on O Reilly. Rohl is a central midfielder. He has something. Play Tyreek to stop O Reilly playing in our area and let Rohl have a go in midfield.

He has the tools you need to succeed in the PL. Can clearly see why he was tracked for a while and signed despite his injury record. Can be a good player for us in the right sided 8 if we nurture him correctly.
