Needs a run of games in a defined position and some confidence to take the ball on. Looks like a fringe player desperate not to make a mistake, which tbh the whole team looked like.

Sometimes I agree with Moyes when it comes to glowing comments about Ndiaye. The rest, you need to run it through a ‘consider the source machine’ and believe the opposite. The casual fan should not be better than the manager at discovering talent, knowing when to sub, and knowing who the starting XI should be. Yet we do.

I hate to resort to simplified responses, but I’ve seen enough to know Rohl is not good enough for us. Sell and choose better. No loan spell. Same with Dibling. Neither are as advertised. These signings are why we stagnate.

Why don’t you all get off this lads back. He’s coming into this game after a load of injuries. He’s young and playing in a new country. As a squad we are down to bare bones, and he’s playing for a dinosaur of a manager.
Try giving him a bit of time and support!

Maybe because he has absolutely 0 stand out qualities

I know he’s still young but he wasn’t even a regular at Freiburg(when fit). I’m sure not what kind of midfielder he is meant to be,.
