I would worry about him at RB tbh, despite his pace and physicality, players seem to often waltz past him. Seen it a few times with him at right wing, and also the brief time he had at RB away at Forest.Like I said mate, we can revisit this. I would love to be wrong, but don't see it.
Rohl has got a better chance, but what is he ?
Anyone will excite you once McNeil is taken out the picture.
Rohl just needs to be given a position, His speed could even work as a FB.
I haven't seen enough of him though to really be able to give a proper opinion on him
We've seen plenty of Tim and he still looks like he did.
I've already had to say this a few times now, let's revisit this on their ability, Tim's anyway.Moyes is holding Rohl, Iroegbunam and Armstrong back - and probably Dibling.
You cant factor-out the dinosaur's dead hand resting on their careers.
Still, even under stuck-with-Moyes they show their potential.
If you cant see that then I cant see eye to eye with you because as far as Ilm concerned it's abundantly clear that these players have got what it takes.![]()

Moyes has absolutely nothing to do with what I see in Tim.
I've never changed my mind on the player, and he's given me no reason to yet.
Armstrong can do the lot, Tim can't.
You're doing my nut in now mate, I said he has nothing to do with what I see in a player.I'm sorry, but he is. He's everything to do with the development of ALL our younger players.
It's bewildering to believe otherwise.
Tim has shown he can do pretty much everything other than shoot in isolation. He's just only had 2 or 3 performances where he actually brought it all together.I've already had to say this a few times now, let's revisit this on their ability, Tim's anyway.

I don't need a manager to see what I see in a player, you could pick any manager in the world and I would give you this answer, as I'm answering my view of a player.
I think you have basically answered my point, so how are you confused. This is making no sense to me now.
The fundamental difference here is that you believe the jury is still out on Iroegbunam and to a lesser extend Rohl.
I Based on what I've seen so far I believe they'll make it as top league players.
You'd be surprised to see what ceiling he has with a manager who teaches position and how to retain possession instead of the circus clown we have in the dugout.
Even now you see the impact he can make in a game.
I have no idea how you cant see this, especially in recent games.
I know football and have a fair idea of how good they can become. I'd place him and Iroegbunam as our most promising players (haven't seen much of Dibling so cant say yes or no yet).

Röhl brings a dynamism we badly lack. Garner has improved this season, but he'll never be dynamic.
Branthwaite is the biggest loss we can have, it causes the biggest impact on team shape and sucks us deep.I fear that under Moyes Garner and KDH will be un droppable. If we want to compete with the top 6 though we have to improve the dynamism of the midfield.
Caicedo Rice Odegaard Szoboslai they’re athletes who can run all over teams. We are chasing shadows when we play some of these teams and it forces us into the low block.
We need dynamism all through the team and at the moment we have Rohl and Beto who can run away from someone. Branthwaite too when fit. That’s it unless we start to play Dibling and George more.
Garner and Tim are everywhere and are athletic, but you need to able to distribute the ball at speed and be have the abilty to surge forward at the right time, they both are unwilling or unable to do it though.I fear that under Moyes Garner and KDH will be un droppable. If we want to compete with the top 6 though we have to improve the dynamism of the midfield.

One thing I will say to you dave which you should take note of, Tim has been given the chance everyone else can only dream for, he got put straight into his natural position, how many others can you say that for. This is making no sense to me now.
