Lack of ambition. Should only really go for first XI players from CL semi-finalists.
Whatever people think of him, he's been one of our most influential players going forward so far, and he will be a big miss.
Him and Gueye going is a kick in the teeth, so if we get a winger and a central midfielder in come Jan I'd be happy (throw a striker in and I'll be delighted, a centre-back and we've had a great window).
But January isn't the time for huge overhaul. Add a few in, ship a few out, and then do the main work in the summer, hopefully having finished in a good position to make us a more attractive proposition to 'big name' players.

According to his Wiki he's scored 50 goals in 125 appearances for PSV and 7 in 52 for Man Utd.
I think he's worth a punt he's only 22 so should hopefully will improve given game time.
