Ha, was just thinking that.

I remember we spent the entire game just aiming balls at Vidic's head. It was like heat seaking missiles, no matter where the ball was aimed from it would end up on vidic's head. One of the finest performances by a single defender I've ever seen.

I remember very little as I was absolutely slaughtered. All I really remember is the limbs after Jagielka's pen and some massive fat bloke picking me up in one arm and then dropping me down about 3 rows.

Won a lot of good hard games in that run to the final. It was like the set-back we kept getting drove us on.

I think Moyes struggles with the expectation but loves to be underdog. But it's wrong to say we never, ever win when it matters.

Pompey to qualify for europe, The R/S at goodison, Man Utd who's side was still decent and they had a decent bench and Fiorentina who wen't through with almighty luck as we battered them beyond belief.

Best day of my life as a blue. We hired a party bus that had tunes blaring. Every services we stopped at had Z-cars booming out. We were all wrecked from 6am and we had enough stuff to kill a herd of elephants.

But that weren't it. Hearing our songs booming round Wembley and looking round seeing sea's of blue everywhere and fella's looking like their hearts were gunna jump out their chests with pride and feeling the same was what made it for me!

That's why it's been too long for a cup!

Everyone being word perfect at Forever Everton.

Wembley Way being completely blue.

Some lad coming out of Aldi at the wee retail park with a trolley full of crates of generic Belgian lager, then handing them round everyone.

Boss day that.

So no examples of games then?

V.Anichebe v nurn'berg

A. Johnson v Arsenal

Bily v UTD

P. Neville v wolves

J. McFadden v Birmingham

V. Anichebe v WBA

Rodwell v Fulham

I'd say all matches matter, but that's perspective.

My argument would be, had we of lost them, they ultimately wouldn't of mattered in the bigger scope of things, but I see what you mean.

I've thought of a game.

Metalist Kharkiv away. Massive result for us that

Jimmy Mac and Vic were immense that night.

Defo. It's hard to think of games that matter, cos he bottles ( or had a psychological breakdown) when faced with them!

BIG MATCHES V BIG TEAMS

He can beat the big teams yet can't win big matches!

Ayeeee
