Right so looking at this, is the faux outrage at the fact that the flag displayed is wrong, or its size in comparison to Old Glory??

deffo the humongous size difference...it's like a scene from a cartoon lol

We used to do hilarious things like change it to Cucumber my Lord in our school, what jokers we were

i don't remember any texts...i never sung along or even pretended to...me Mam was summoned once to the headmaster's because of it, she laughed in their faces like the good German she is x

How about no flags and just a minutes silence.

Or lift up red, white and blue cards like this:

They have plenty of them lying around, I'm sure.
I think I am confused about where the outrage is directed.

If it is for the fact they are using the wrong flag, it is probably due to the fact that it would have been done last minute, and when looking at folded flags grabbing the one that is red/white/blue that isn't the US flag, I can understand the mistake (not that I condone it)
Yeah, I guess I can excuse that. Only color guard stuff I did was what I learned at OTS, but wouldn't someone still think to check?

Yeah, but there are some logistics involved in setting those up.

Can we please get outraged over something tangible please? For crying out loud, 130 people have died, a country in lockdown and you all want to use the opportunity to take advantage of likely one person's mistake.

Yeah, you keep mentioning outrage, but no one on here is actually outraged.

Solid me, I just used to pretend to say the words, no establishment can tell me what to say

I once got caught singing one of those rude rhymes and had to spend lunch break writing it down for the deputy head. I had to ask him how to spell knickers.
