I can't really remember anything about him at Chelsea other than a story some ex player told about him losing the plot with Ross Barkley because he couldn't follow orders in training lol

He finished 3rd behind peak RS and City while winning the Europa League but everyone said he wasn't good enough so he left for Juve
 
My thinking on why he's been a great appointment is this mate.

We've had too many of the mentality of 40 points is a good season type.

Club needs to change it's goals and way of thinking, need a system long term to be put into place on how we play and recruit for that.

Sarri would most certainly change all that, he's also a 'big' name but not too big if that makes sense. New stadium deserves to have a figure in there who signals the club's ambition and intentions moving forwards.

But at the heart of it - I'd just love to see an Everton side play even remotely like that Napoli side did
Like a mancini at city type?
