I will hold my hands up, didn't think he had a performance like today in him especially after their come back. Really grew into the game. Well done son, keep it up!

Me too, bluerobert! Aside from the first 10 minutes, it was an encouraging display.

He's getting ripped for pace right now, and if Ronnie sees something, it's there. I don't think he's a blert when it comes to defending.

I wonder if he's quite as big or imposing enough. To be slow is one thing but to lack stature along with that is a big impediment. I like the lad lots, but his size worries me as much as his lack of pace.

Gets up well in the air though, won a lot of headers.

His size worries me far more than his lack of pace, our back four are too small as it is

He's taller than both williams and jags, and I wouldn't say he can be match fit after 200 minutes match time in last 12 months. Worth a little patience, I suggest. Wonder if he will play Burnley now? We know what Williams is about - so why not?

Williams will be back in vs Burnley, with Pennington an option from the bench (Ronnie does like a switch to a back three late in the second half if needed).

If Palace beats Arsenal I would say play the vets. Arsenal has a pretty tough final month.
