I wonder if he's quite as big or imposing enough. To be slow is one thing but to lack stature along with that is a big impediment. I like the lad lots, but his size worries me as much as his lack of pace.

He's taller than both williams and jags, and I wouldn't say he can be match fit after 200 minutes match time in last 12 months. Worth a little patience, I suggest. Wonder if he will play Burnley now? We know what Williams is about - so why not?

Williams will be back in vs Burnley, with Pennington an option from the bench (Ronnie does like a switch to a back three late in the second half if needed).

If Palace beats Arsenal I would say play the vets. Arsenal has a pretty tough final month.
