I use it all the time pal. Pay through the site and pick up a printed tkt at the box office at ground so 100%. SH basically sell the tkts for the STH and they don't be involved at all
 
I really like Stubhub, shame the level of criticism comes from majority who never use it/don't understand it and listen to the sound bytes surrounding <1% of tickets on there.

I've used it a fair bit as a buyer and seller (season ticket games I cant make) - vast majority of Everton tickets go for below face value on it.
 
Looking for 1/2 for Wolves away, can collect in the Merseyside / Cheshire area or at the ground beforehand / don’t mind paying postage.

If there’s only one going that’s fine but preferably want 2.
