Match Ticket Thread - Spares/Requests - FACE VALUE OR LESS ONLY!

Hi All

I just signed up to this forum. Due to unforeseen circumstances I now have 1 spare ticket to the Newcastle game on the 13th in the away section, as my partner can no longer come.

I am from Australia and am staying in Newcastle from the 11-14th Dec. I bought my tickets on stubhub for $120Aud (70 pounds) each. Happy to sell for 20 pounds. My tickets have been confirmed delivered to my hotel in Newcastle which is right next to Central station. So you would have to collect from me in Newcastle.

I will be in Liverpool from the 8-11th too.

Message me if you have any interest. Cheers.

Decent of you to take the hit on the ticket price there, and, especially since you've come over from Oz, I hope we can get a good result while you're here.

The Blue who put his or her away tickets on Stubhub at more than twice face value, especially for a game where there wasn't going to be much interest, is a bit of a <insert four letter word for female genitalia here> though.

Sadly not mate, he said in the away section, and if you think it doesn't happen, then, although it isn't stubhub ...

To be fair, those prices, for a thirty quid ticket aren't massive rip offs ( though it's still on general sale for thirty quid ! ), but ...

... is plainly profiteering.

With a bit of luck, the club might find out who that Bournemouth ticket was originally sold to, and take whatever action they deem to be appropriate.

Fair play to Danny for policing this place to make sure that tickets exchanged on GOT don't exceed face value.

Cheers Woolly Blue

I bought the tickets back a couple of months ago, around September. I would imagine they have dropped in price now closer the the fixture.

I imagine a whole bunch of Everton fans will be at an away suppprters pub of some kind in Newcastle before the game? I will follow up at a later stage to meet up with Everton fans pre game. Worst case scenario I would just rock up at whatever this pub is in Newcastle and ask if any toffee fans need a ticket, but I doubt anyone would travel to Newcastle without a match ticket?

Swear you can't get away tickets on Stubhub?
