Yeah but not yet, they wont start to use this seasons credits until around Christmas, right now its games from last season

Actually, when buying tickets for the Palace game it tells you that this is the last game this season to use 16/17 credits. From Southampton onwards it'll be based on 17/18 credits.
 
Just on the off chance anybody is nearby I've got an away ticket for Chelsea this evening Row 1 Upper Shed but am unable to make it due illness. Free to any takers who can pick it up but I live in the Reading area 5 mins from M4 Jct 12.
