Would anyone with a season ticket mind checking if their forward to friend option is available for Man City?

Just tried to forward my Man City tickets via forward to a friend, but its not showing.

Weirdly, sell via ticket resale is - which isn't possible for Club View;

The forward to friend option is there for Liverpool;

Looks like - just checked and get the same.
Does anyone know the cut-off with the 'forward to a friend'?
The 'sell by ticket resale' is three hours before KO isnt it.
