Does anyone know when I’d be able to transfer my Lpool ticket to someone on portal?

It allows me to put on resale now, but no option to transfer?
 
How hard do u think it will be to get tickets on resale to the last home game v sunderland? (Taking son so have to be together) Am booking flights too and going by the fixtures I'd say a good chance it'll remain on sat at 3pm , tempted to risk flights now and hope to get 2 tickets

**edit note that all games defaulted to the sunday, why is that? 2nd last fixtures??
