Match Ticket Thread - Spares/Requests - FACE VALUE OR LESS ONLY!

Afternoon all. I have a number of questions you may be able to answer for me. I joined the Forever Blue Plus membership at the start of the season so I could enter the ballots. This HAS been worthwhile as I've been successful a few times and was lucky enough to get a ticket for the opening game against Brighton. Since those first few months, I've found it pointless entering the ballot (as you can't choose your seat) but now buy on resale where I want to sit (granted it's a choice of what has gone back on sale but most games now I find you can now get tickets in any stand). I bought my wife a membership but the cheaper Forever Blue one at £35 and she is now able to come with me and sit next to me through resale tickets. I'm wondering if next year, it will just be worth buying two Forever Blue memberships (this year would have been a total of £70 for the two of us) and just buying from resale? I realise games like the Derby I'm unlikely to get a tickets (or tickets) for but it now almost feels like it was at Goodison a few years ago when you could buy individual game tickets. Both good and bad I guess (great for us fans who can't attend every week but bad as in the club may start to struggle to sell out every game).

I would say there's many thinking the same, including ST holder's, considering Nottingham and Arsenal have plenty going.
I would not be surprised if the club are also realising this and rules (membership pricing/structure) changes too

if the club are going to take on any feedback the ballot needs ditching

and the demand simply isnt there

they also need to at least freeze prices, if not reduce them. new stadium or not £71 is a farce and we will end up with a half empty stadium

Hi mate... They are losing money all over the place.. Just saying that I am a member but don't want to pay the extra for a blue or forever blue+ so not allowed to apply for tickets.. So don't know how many like me but I would guess a couple of thousand.. Hence the seats stay empty and like yer man said.. It's only going to get worse.. Look at the mancs and see all the spacers in there ground...

The club aren't losing money through ticket revenue mate, all the empty seats have been sold to either Seat Unique or STH's who have relisted them for resale and failed to sell them on.

How do you buy resale tickets?Do you need a membership?

Yeah, the cheaper Forever Blue membership is enough to buy tickets on the resale site. Alternatively you could buy a ticket from someone who's bought one in the ballot or on the resale site but no longer needs it - they can just forward you the email and you download the ticket to your Google/Apple wallet without needing a membership.

Anyone having issues with ticket transfers? Mate is trying to transfer their ticket to me. We both have memberships but it's not letting either of us do it.

I was able to transfer 2 tickets to 1 member, and he accepted both.

Is this now allowed, or is it 1 paid member per 1 ticket?

Im sure when Burnley was last in the Premier League they had this reduced away capacity but the criteria for a ticket wasn't like what theyre doing this season?
