I've just done this, it appears the only way is by phone unforuately so be prepared for a longish wait but better than losing your money.

I find it amazing just four games in tickets aren't selling. The only bonus is it should be easier to get tickets now. Spurs is the first ballot I haven't entered as I'm on the South Coast that weekend but will keep entering after that as I've loved going so far (Brighton and Villa attended).
