Grand Old Team does not endorse or facilitate any ticket transactions made via this forum. All transactions are undertaken entirely at your own risk.
To help protect yourself, please read the following guidance carefully before buying or selling:
💳 Payment Method. Never pay via direct bank transfer. This offers zero buyer protection - once the money is sent, it cannot be reversed and your bank is unlikely to refund any losses. Always research your payment method before using it. PayPal, for example, offers meaningful buyer protection and is strongly recommended over a bank transfer.
🤝 Where possible, arrange to meet face to face - ideally at an Everton match - and exchange tickets in person.
🔍 Check Their Posting History Use the thread's search function to see if the seller has posted tickets before. If other members appear to have bought from them previously, reach out via private conversation to verify their experience.
👤 Check Their Forum Profile Review the seller's forum history. Have they been a member for a long time, or did they register recently? Do other members speak positively of them? A long-standing, active member with good feedback is a much safer bet.

You get a credit against the price of next year's ST rather than a refund, and that's assuming it sells - there's currently tickets avaliable on the resale site in almost every part of the ground for the West Ham game so it looks like a lot of seats will go unsold.I put my West Ham ticket on the resale thing but didn’t hear anything from the club.
So I emailed them and they said I would get a refund around two days after the game. Fair enough.
My ticket is still in my apple wallet though.
Has anyone put their ticket back on sale?
Also, my season ticket member number is different from my forever blue number? Is everyone the same.
Im guessing it's a way of retaining your loyalty (money) for future seasons. Not sure what happens if you decide not to be a ST anymore... probs get a chequeI can't make West Ham so sold myself & Dad's ST in the Lower South Stand (they sold literally 20 minutes after I uploaded them).
I see you get the £ back as 'credit' not cash, I have purchased away tickets since then and that money didn't redeem against those, does anyone know what this money can be used for - or is just toward next year's ST?
Cheers!

There's usually an option to give you the opportunity to use monies held in credit, or to pay in full. Not sure if they've changed it this season, or you possibly missed it?I can't make West Ham so sold myself & Dad's ST in the Lower South Stand (they sold literally 20 minutes after I uploaded them).

Correct. Club won't let you put ballot tickets on to the resale site. Either need to find someone or sell to a tout.Afternoon all. I read somewhere that you can't sell a succesful ballot ticket for resale back to the club? Is this true? I was succesful in the ballot for this one but can longer attend so was planning on selling it back to the club.
Send the link for your ticket to his gf/dad to download to their phonei can’t go monday night due to being in hospital, my nephew already has his on his phone. would he be able to go the box office to get a paper one for mine
for his gf/dad to use?
Thanks Taifi. Would anyone on here like first refusal on it? I incorrectly put on an earlier post it's in the South Upper. It's not, it's in the East Upper, block 216, row 59.Correct. Club won't let you put ballot tickets on to the resale site. Either need to find someone or sell to a tout.
Yeah, just read the email again, you’re right, it says will be credited. Whatever that means. You get a credit against the price of next year's ST rather than a refund, and that's assuming it sells - there's currently tickets avaliable on the resale site in almost every part of the ground for the West Ham game so it looks like a lot of seats will go unsold.
