Is it possible to upgrade a kids ticket to a adults?
If so how? Phone call to the box office??

At Goodison you'd go to the ticket office, give them the kids ticket and pay the upgrade fee and they'd give you back an adults paper ticket. Not sure how it'll work with the insistence nearly everyone needs to use digital tickets. I'd say you're right, ring/visit the ticket office at Goodison and take it from there, would be interested to know how you get on with it.

Same here. Had no email as far as I can tell, and nothing shows in my account under Manage Tickets except for Villa. But Mansfield shows under the "Your next game" section - just no ticket attached anywhere I can find.

Yeah, I have both transactions, but only the Villa ticket. I tried hitting "Resend Email" under the Mansfield transaction, but it just sent me the order confirmation.

At the bottom of that order confirmation email, it says that tickets will be emailed nearer the day of the game. Guess two days before isn't near enough? Ha.

So it looks like it'll be like the Roma preseason game - ticket never showed up in the online account, just in an email with links to Google / Apple wallets. Who knows when that email will actually show up, though.

Managed to get x1 on resale for Villa in block 246.

Me and my dad live down south so we only get to a few games a season and haven’t looked into the new ticket buying method yet.

We are both forever blue + members, can someone let me know how we know when tickets will go on sale for future home games for us please so we can get ready to buy as soon as they do and plan a trip up?
