It just means that someone added the available ticket into their basket before you did.

I am checking resale constantly but every time a ticket appears i keep getting this message does anyone know why ? View attachment 306370

because there’s likely hundreds if not thousands on the site at once checking for tickets, plus the ticket tout bots

the privileges thing is badly worded but don’t worry its not that you can’t buy tickets, it’s just that you’ve clicked it but someone else probably did a fraction of a second before and it’s in their basket

hope you don’t mind me saying but next time best to just send to someone on here, there are ticket tout bots on the site that snap these up in an instant

i know if you have just bought it ad hoc you can’t do an official transfer but best bet is to just remove it from your wallet and send the email to someone. the ticket can be downloaded multiple times. which does need rectifying imo for anyone who would like to scam, but does make it easier to pass tickets on

fair enough it is hard they don’t make it easier or that you can’t print off a paper ticket anymore

club are more interested in punishing fans wanting to pass on tickets to their friends or fellow blues than they are in dealing with touts

It's disgusting that they allow bots on the site and that my ticket couldn't be transferred over to someone in my family and friends or another member but as you say they don't allow it .

It should be raised by fans forum, it would seem that it would be most obvious thing to be brought up. All the tickets I've got this season have been given to me, by friends and family. All these stupid changes only effect honest fans. They're just doing all this crap so they force people to buy memberships and fleece us out of 35 quid. We are no longer people's club anymore, so many Blues became Blues due to being given tickets by other people. What's the point in fans forum, if not to raise this issue.
