Anyone having issues downloading the ticket you apple wallet?
Got a ticket for Bournemouth but trying to download it to phone in advance of Sat, but tried through the email, through the website and through the Everton app and it comes up saying “this pass cannot be added to your wallet” but there’s also no barcode/qr code so would be nothing to scan.

same, it tries to open the eticketing site when I select add to wallet from the email, but then safari closes down. Can’t even do it through the app in my ticket account, I just get this.

They're taking the piss. Why is Brentford now gone to this credits from 3 or 4 seasons stuff when it wasn't previously
Having the same issue here. Seems to be iPhone specific coz I've downloaded one ticket to Google Wallet fine but not getting anywhere on the iPhone still.
