Think you'd need to arrange to buy privately or maybe through an international fan group (if thats even still a thing, they used to get some tickets) - I could be wrong as I don't use the resale site to buy but the odds of a derby ticket on there and you buying it probably doesnt warrant buying a membership+buying other tickets to build eligibility.
 
The issues with the ticketmaster platform and late availability of the exchange are probably down to ticketmaster as exactly the same problems are happening with Brentford (I live in London and know a few supporters). Also the move to need to have a purchased membership to get a ticket has happened there too. Why you can't be eligible if registered with a free digital membership as previously god knows.
 
Never had to ask on here before but owing to some logistical problems last season, our credits have dipped so missed out this afternoon - needed them to drop by another credit

So - does anyone by any chance have a couple of spares for Sheff Utd?
