Adult ticket for Stoke with return coach travel on official coach departs 4.45pm goodison or 5pm the rocket £25. Been let down for a swap in work with the [Poor language removed] playing at home,

Any help out there were travelling from Calgary Canada tried booking with Thomas Cook the official club travel package to Keiv but have been told were not guaranteed tickets as don't have the required points from attending home/ away games called the club they say can't help so if we book no guarantee of tickets ?
