💳 Payment Method. Never pay via direct bank transfer. This offers zero buyer protection - once the money is sent, it cannot be reversed and your bank is unlikely to refund any losses. Always research your payment method before using it. PayPal, for example, offers meaningful buyer protection and is strongly recommended over a bank transfer.

🤝 Where possible, arrange to meet face to face - ideally at an Everton match - and exchange tickets in person.

👤 Check Their Forum Profile Review the seller's forum history. Have they been a member for a long time, or did they register recently? Do other members speak positively of them? A long-standing, active member with good feedback is a much safer bet.

Following up on my point, cheapest adult tickets on stubhub for few games:
Newcastle - 26
Leicester - 20
Southampton - 20
Burnley - 20

So say you went to all of those games, and the cheapest ticket was roughly 35 quid, you've saved 54 quid on 4 games. Bearing in mind as well that most of these seats on stub hub are decent spec and not back of the lower gwladys with a postbox view. Couple this with the fact that the cheapest price for a ticket to the derby on stub hub is about 80 quid, that's only 15 pounds more than I paid for an evertonia membership and a seat in the upper bullens.

It always frustrates me people annoyed at stub hub. No tout in his right mind will buy a season ticket, and I'm 99% sure only season ticket holders can put tickets up there, on the off chance that one game a season he could sell the seat for 200 quid say. It's a fan who is putting it up there for that price, this same fan may put it up there 3 or 4 other times this season for games against spurs or villa at half the normal price, no one complains then. It's not as if you can buy a ticket for the game then just chuck it up there, it's only for ST holders.

If no one buys the ticket on there, this person will probably still go to the game, they're just chancing it to possibly finance their next season's season ticket. I'm assuming people wanting to use stubhub are not season ticket holders, hence they haven't pumped 500 odd quid into the club before a ball has been kicked... If someone has done that, they can do what they want with their ticket for the derby in my opinion as a non-STH.
I have used stub hub myself in the past & found it really useful , I'm all for people to make a few quid for a couple of bevvies but some of them so called Everton fans who are trying to sell there tickets for them prices should be named & shamed.

Interesting point, you can add £10 for an Albion ticket to that, someone on here paid that much on the dfay of the game for a ticket for that match.

was that 10 quid under face value or 10 quid all in? to be honest, a tenner for that game was extortion with hindsight!

I't was listed £10 for an adult ticket i was told, not sure if there are any costs on top of that, or even what the ticket holder will receive out of that, it just sounded like a season ticket holder had a ticket but wasn't going and didn't want it to go too waste.
The only league games i've missed at Goodison for years are when i've been in hospital, gave my tickets away but that particular Monday night game i don't think i could of found someone to go even on a freebie !!
