After watching our mudfield this season I guess my standards are low.

But he drives the ball forward and gets stuck in, plus he will cost only 15m, we aint getting better fir that price and it allows us to move on some wasters in midfield.

he lacks pace and power, which is not seen in any of our midfielder, something we desperately need to transform our midfield.

Reminds me the way we’re desperately looking for a pacy forward and we end up signing tosun.

Slight improvement without bringing us to the next level.

Hoping we don't spend 25-30 mil on him tbh. We need to change our approach in the transfer market and spending that much on a 28 year old isn't the strategy we should have with transfers.

We should be looking at players in early 20's who are hungry for success and can either push us on to another level then we either sell for a decent profit or we keep and continue to progress.

I have now watched this vid twice and he looks like the perfect link up player we need. I really cannot see ANY issues with signing him. He does very well What Tom and Gyls have been absoutely terrible at for 3 months. He gets the ball deep and takes it forward at every opportunity, somethng we have not had since Gomes and even then only every other game.

Get him signed.

Agree on the last part about his willingness to carry it forward, but his lack of pace and power will inevitably reduce his success in doing so. The level of resistance in this league is not as mild as we’ve seen in the video. It’s like sliding tackle is forbidden.

Anyway im no expert on him, ive watched a few vids and he looks right up our street, not worth saying more till we see how it pans out.

The only issue ive got is that he doesnt really look like the creative force we need, but lets see how this goes.

One video of him dribbling forward 15 times is enough to conclude he takes it forward at every opportunity. I don't know about that.
