We have been dire from the start of pre season to tonight

He has changed nothing, Each game brings the same results, Even the games we win we labour along, Players look tired and unsure of were they need to be, Loss of form across the squad and only 3 wins in 10 at Goodison

Way too early to talk about sacking anyone, except for Distin. Since he's come back in the defence has begun to look fragile again. A decent quality center half is a must buy in January, as it looks like Stones will be out for quite a while yet!.
