I can handle a few folks overreacting and calling for Martinez to go. They are in a small minority and they are entitled to their opinion.

Yes, we're not playing well. Yes, we seem at times clueless and uninspiring. Yes, some of this decisions are pretty questionable.
However, we're just short of being 40% through the season and we knew this season would be difficult with Europe. Then add on injuries.
We do not need rash decisions during the season (unless things really are diabolical), but rather time and patience. If need be, analyse come May.
Hopefully, it is just turbulence which we'll learn and mature from - it's much more competitive this year and Europe is adding to things.
I'm not saying he shouldn't be criticised or given stick, as the last few games have been woeful, yet calls for his job are bordering on stupidity.
Obviously though, some people find it is amusing to release their reel during these times, so just don't bite.
