Argentina has never seen the best of Messi, is it because he's not world class or just the expectations are too high and the players around him aren't that good?

Having watched most of Messis games with the national team Id have to disagree. They have seen a high number of amazing games from him, and the fact he plays deeper and is more of a playmaker is even more of a credit to him. He was pinging passes around like Pirlo last night but they couldnt finish any of their chances.

I understand a win would have all things Everton buzzing. It would be positive for a while. I love when its like that. Like the way it was after the week we danced at old trafford and the Emirates. I can justsee the vibes if we win but am not buzzing inside. Normally I have the butterfly's anticipating a defining game like this but I am a liitle numb. I am of a mind where I won't let my heart break. Am I getting older?

With martinez saying in his press conference that if we get European football the squad will need drastically bulking out. Dose anyone reckon that plenary and Osman might start getting faded out I really can see them lasting another season of playing euro football.

I just think the demands would be to high. Also dose those comments mean that say we have 20 mil to spend we will end up with 4 5 mil players instead of say 2 10 mil players? Am not sure I'd be happy with that tbh although I suppose there would be no way to actually find out if martinez had lowered his expectation to get more players.

Oh yeah if we are in Europe we will deffo need them but am just thinking at there age a full season with domestic cups and the europa competition might really burn some of the older players out.

I mean look at Barry fantastic player but everyone can see he's getting tired now imagen if he was playing the europa leauge as well. Poor lad would be wreaked.
