Bobbie has lost me to be honest, I think being sensible would be mutual consent during the summer. I think it was a huge step Wigan to Everton, and far to big a role for him. Yesterday he played Howard after Robles kept three clean sheets, this suggests he is to nice really to make the tough decisions. Nice bloke the TV loves him, Wigan underdogs and the fa cup was music to the press ears! Everton is completely different, massively so, it shows me how much he underestimated this job with his `champions league` comments at his appointment. I heard Gerrard after a defeat say `we were not good enough` he just said it as it was, why can`t Martinez just say something similar instead of this psychological drivel he keeps spewing forth

Of course it was, but it has no bearing on domestic form, as it's a European fixture against a side who play a different style and quality of football than the Premier League. It's a good result because it meant we adapted to that style, adapted to the pitch and a foreign country - it means absolutely sod all though when looking at the league table and the performance against Leicester.
It means more than 'sod all'. It means we have team that can play other teams off the park given that a game of football and not attrition breaks out.

It means also we have to give the manager of that team some credit that he can turn to the domestic problem and sort it out....he's the feller who broke our PL record last season, btw...just in case you forgot.

lol

This feller makes me laugh. He's not even trying to hide it.

I agree with the summer mutual thing, iam not defending him one bit as Robles should of been playing but lukakus chances and Howard's mistakes aren't something he can do something about bar drop them from next game ,and this is his problem he want drop his favs

Vitor would have played 4-3-3, not just 2 wingers, but 2 wing forwards, you have no grasp on how many trophies Vitor would have won already, no grasp at all.
Vitor's in the desert giving tourists camel rides. He's finished. Washed up. You backed a loser there.
