Yeah...but it's like that same bollocks last season when people moaned when Baines immediately started after Oviedo has a decent run of games. I know Howard's had a badun...but he's the #1 and was back to fitness. That being said, after today, I think Robles certainly deserves another run out.

As ever, there's no hard and fast rule.

It's the right call when the returning player will play better than the replacement and it's the wrong call when he won't.

In this case he didn't. So it was the wrong call.
 
Europe is saving him. As soon as we're knocked out it's season over. Win or bust.

Perm is just about 40 points, we've fallen hard and fast.

Martinez in his post match comments saying Everton are looking to get to the magic 40 point mark. Is it 1998 and someone didn't notice?
 
No point sacking him now, but once we get a hiding in Europe then move him on.
We won't go down but can't carry on with his blinkered view our of play.
 
Would anyone be surprised if Martinez was sacked tonight by the way? i don't think i would be.
