OK so we agreed to judge him at Christmas and he has been judged.

You have voted to keep him as Manager of Everton, with less than a third wanting him gone.

I think that puts the issue to bed for the moment and the general consensus is that we should view his position again at the end of the season so we will do a poll then.

I never wanted him in the first and never been a big fan, but I will still give him some time and hope he can replicate the first season. I think by Feb we will have an idea how the season is going, we will have had a busy christmas period with plenty of points up for grabs and will have played semi's and fa cup 3rd round. The frustrating thing is watching how teams that people consider smaller/worse than ourselves are further up the league than us.

I said give him until Christmas, if you would of told me that he would have us sitting in 10th then I would say sack him, looking at the bigger picture the league is just crazy right now. Massive improvement is still needed though, I would only get rid right now if mourinho or someone top drawer fancied a shot at us.
